Bloodwork |
|
An very experienced senior FBI agent (some would say too senior), known as someone who "no matter what happens, his face will be on the front page", has a heart attack while chasing a murderer, not before he manages to shoot the murderer and catch him. Two years later, after recovering from a heart transplant surgery, no longer able drive and forced to hire the services of his (apparently) bum neighbor, he gets a call for help from a woman whose sister died. It turns out that the heart saved the agent's life belonged to the sister, and therefore he has no choice but to agree to help. And immediately strange things begin to happen, making him wonder if there was a connection between the killer's first victim and the woman who gave him heart. The nature of the connection soon becomes clear - a blood connection in every sense of the word. And the killing doesn't stop... |
